I am extremely impressed by the astonishing level of professionalism, competency, and dedication displayed by Josie. My home was sold amazingly fast and everything that I wanted from the sale was satisfied. She surpassed all of my expectations for the sale of my house, she sold it for more than I had initially asked for and I didn't have to pay closing costs! I no longer live in Las Vegas, I live in Virginia but that fact did not hinder the sale of my Las Vegas home; Josie wasted no time and took care of everything from the very beginning. Josie uses the latest software and tools for the paperwork, the entire process was very efficient and convenient. I used my finger to sign my name once on my phone and from then on could sign documents with a single click of my finger. In order to get top dollar for my home, some repairs needed to be made. No problem! Josie has the connections! She coordinated everything and had all the repairs done for a really low price. She even covered the first set of repairs that were made as a way to say "thank you" for choosing her as my realtor. I was hesitant to break the news to my tenants that I was selling the house and that the timeline for them to move had begun. Josie alleviated those fears by talking to the tenants and even showing them around Las Vegas to find the best deals for rentals comparable to my home. My tenants loved Josie and had nothing but great things to say about her. A win-win all the way around. I was not surprised by how quick she was able to sell my home after seeing the amazing online listing that she had created for my home. She hired a professional photographer to take the pictures and I had never seen my home so beautiful before. The pics and listing were so nice that I had second thoughts of even selling my home, I literally felt like moving back into the house after seeing such an enticing listing. The whole process of selling my home was stress-free and quite pleasant. Josie has a way of making things happen quickly and keeping everything under control. I feel like all I did was talk to Josie on the phone, blinked and got the news that my home was officially sold. I couldn't be happier with how this sale went. Thanks Josie!

As a first time homebuyer, I was totally unaware of how stressful and emotionally exhausting the home buying process could be!
