Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Green valley north, Henderson, NV.
I am living in California; I want to buy a house in NV for investment. A year ago, I found a few agents to help me to find house fit my needs, all they do it’s get your information and email a me a few houses to look at it, never call you to follow you with you and you never heard from them, which is very disappoint it. I decide it not to invest in NV. After a year later my friends talking about buying a house where she can do the investment and for future home when she going to retire in NV. I decided to take another chance to see if I have any luck to find the agent that is responsibility and helpful because I need someone able to I’m looking for a property for investment and ready to rent out, I took a chance to call to see if I have any luck to get the right agent. I am a very picky person in the way. I did a search, I found Josie and she is a knowledgeable and she is I gave my information to her than she can start searching, she set up information that suitable to my needs into the computer. Every time there is a new listing post on the site and it will automatic email to me, and she goes to site to search houses and send you more information about the home that you interested in the area. I always have a questions and need to know about the house, I always get responses by texting, calling or emailing in no time. I always text her with any little questions and she is always very sweet and never get upset or attitude. She always made herself available to me whenever I asked her. I made a multi counter offer, she will try to called to check the availability before she submit the counter offer, which help out to speed up the process and she did it with no time and sending me the electronic signature to sign. Josie will never say no to me whenever I asked her to She is very professional, worked very hard, responsible, kind, sweet, and friendly and feel like she is part of the family. Finally, she found the house that I felt in love with. After escrow closed, she even helps me to follow up with something that still want to do extra because I’m very picky, she helpful and accommodating with. She had gone over and beyond, she wants to make sure you get the great service and happy. Josie She is a professional realtor, she is incredible and I highly recommended, cannot say enough on her.
