Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in Paradise, Las vegas, NV. My husband and I were looking to buy our first home in September 2015 when we found Josie. At first we weren't sure if we would be able to qualify for a home loan or if we even had enough in savings to go through the process. But Josie seemed confident from the beginning that we'd be able to purchase our first home. She put us in contact with her preferred lender and began submitting paperwork right away. The pre-approval process what so smooth. Three days after, we were out looking for properties with Josie. She always paid close attention to our list of needs for the home (number of bedrooms, lot size, location, etc.) It wasn't long before we submitted our first offer...on a short sale. We had been told that short sales were not easy, but Josie did not back down from the challenge. After negotiations with the bank did not go as planned, however, my husband and I decided that a short sale was not for us. We were very grateful for Josie's support (even after nearly two months' worth of paperwork and going back and forth with the listing agent went down the drain). So we continued the search and finally found the perfect house on Thanksgiving 2015. Josie handled everything perfectly--submitting the offer, the negotiation, the inspection, the repairs that needed to be done, and closing escrow. I knew from the beginning that Josie was hard working and that she had a network of associates (the lender, title company, inspector, etc.) that would get the job done quickly and efficiently. We definitely felt that she had our best interest in mind throughout this whole process. We will be forever grateful to Josie and the hard work she did for us. Buying our first home was truly a dream come true for us, and we could not have done it without Josie!
