It was a pleasure working with Josie. She made the entire process easy and understandable for a first time home buyer and worked around my schedule. I am a County employee and work overnight hours so you can imagine the difficulty of trying to finish important paperwork in a timely manner. But she assured me everything was going to work out in the end and guided me the entire time. I had this sense that I was not just another number to her, that she genuinely cared about helping me. Any questions I had she went out of her way to reply as she was often prompt with responding. When meeting up to view homes she was very punctual with times, and when she was running late she made sure to notify me (she was rarely late by the way, it was mostly me lol.) I appreciate someone who can keep an open line of communication with me, especially during the nerve-racking process that is home purchasing. She kept in touch during the holidays and would ask about my day during the work week. I understand at the end of the day all realtors need to close a sale to make a living. I understand time is of the essence and all paperwork and deadlines must be met to ensure a timely closing of a home. Josie was not overbearing and was more than accommodating to me and my schedule, and was able to satisfy my needs and wants. Josie is one of the best agent I had ever met, wonderful person. She takes care of her client like she would to a friend. She’s like a friend to me. She listens to all my concern and took care of it, making sure all the inspections are completed, check the property for me because I couldn’t be there. Just ask her anything and she would do it.
