Josie Stewart is the most awesome, outstanding, and wonderful realtor anyone person would be so fortunate to have on their team. My experience with Josie lasted from 2019 to 2021. The property was my sister's and I didn't want to do anything concerning the property. But, meeting Ms. Stewart was a blessing because the property had a seller almost immediately, but I wasn't advised very well by an attorney and I found myself having to be involved in a short sale, which no one believed Josie Stewart Realtor Extraordinaire would get the short sale pushed through and accommodate me, the seller and the buyer because he turned to Ms. Stewart as I did because she was always informative and ready up to the minute on where the business was for the day. Josie Stewart is amazing only wanting to accommodate a client to the best. Ms. Stewart always knows who to contact in every phase of the selling and buying of the home. I know my sister is saying from above Josie Stewart well done. If you a buyer or seller who wishes to do business with an very intelligent well rounded agent Ms. Stewart is the realtor you will want to have on your team because Ms. Stewart seems not to take no well for her client because we were told a lot of no's, but Ms. Stewart persevered and the home was sold with the utmost of professionalism.
